  • Dagschotel: Risotto, geroosterde kikkererwten, pompoenpuree, spruitjes, gebakken parijse champignons, sla van witloof en gedroogde vijgen, rode biet dressing (10€)
  • Slaatje: Wilde rijst, zoete patat, prei, verse kruiden, aardpeer, rode biet dressing (8€)
  • Soep: Romige knolseldersoep met kervelolie(4€/liter)
  • Brood: Spelt Halfvolkoren 400 gr (2,5 euro), 800 gr (3,5 euro)
